Release Your Doubt

You don't think your dreams are going to prosper? You don't think you can take the risk? You don't think it's possible to achieve your goals and accomplishments? You don't believe you can renew your mind?

I've been on the other side of the tunnel of doubting myself and anything I've put my mind to. Last year, I was doubting everything that came to mind. Fear was the source of my doubt. I didn't realize how much fear had a way of sounding reasonable, like it was just me being careful I thought I was just "playing it safe," but really, I was playing small.

Fear will convince you to delay your purpose by making you question if you're ready, worthy, or capable. But remember fear and faith can't live in the same space. You have to choose which one will lead you.

Isaiah 41:10

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Once I started naming my fears and replacing them with truth, I felt something shift. My prayers became bolder. My confidence became quieter but stronger. I started moving with intention instead of hesitation. Releasing doubt didn't happen overnight, it's a daily practice of reminding myself that if God gave me the purpose, He also gave me what I'd need to see it through.

Sometimes, the only thing standing between where you are and where you're meant to be is the courage to believe again. Let go of the "what ifs." Release the fear, release the hesitation, and release your doubt because what's ahead of you requires a heart that's sure, not shaky.
